We also have the Dewalt hedge trimmer. I’m happy with it.
I also have the Ryobi hedge trimmers. I got locked into Ryobi because I can use my batteries for all my tools (I also have Ryobi drills, blowers, chainsaw and weed whackers, flashlight, tire inflators…). I like the hedge trimmers. They get the job done. I would not recommend the tire inflators. I like the blowers and weed whackers. On the fence about the chainsaw as it gets the job done, but I’ve already had one repair done on it (leaking oil receptical) , however I’ve had it for four years now.
