And he was arrested Oct. 27 in New Orleans for same crime. He left “DNA” on the scene. Ugh.
Marin County does not take animal cruelty lightly. I hope he is fully prosecuted both there and in NOLA.

When i boarded at GGP back in the 1980s/90s there was a man who was fixated on one of the horses, a big gray OTTB, gelding actually. Story was he put peanut butter or some such thing on his penis and tried to get the horse to lick it off (ikr!!!). He was spied in the stall with his drawers around his ankles. He got away and they found him over by the buffalo pen, masterbating.
I wish they’d have cut off his member…
Well… That’s some story to read first thing in the morning. 
There are some real deviant minds in this world. My old Paint gelding would’ve made fast work of that peanut butter but the whole session would’ve culminated with a traumatic circumcision.

That is disturbing to say the least.
Last I checked, its not necessarily illegal in every state, which seems a pretty simple thing to fix.
It is extremely displeasing, disturbing, and appalling that someone can do this on a federal ranger patrolled recreation space. This disgusting person had free rein on the horses (mounted patrol and non-federal boarders) for several video-recorded hours without the rangers taking notice. There were two armed robberies in the same recreational park within a week of the horse sexual assault incident.
210 days is quite short. Baker will likely be out by February 2022 if he exhibits good behaviour. I am displeased with the light, soft, and fluffy sentencing of Marin. What would it have taken to put Baker under the jail?!?! He was taped actually having intercourse with a horse. My goodness! In NOLA actions of this nature are considered a felony. The sentence is unacceptable and so is GGNRA ranger patrol.
