Development proposed and will destroy 324 acres of the Woodlawn Wildlife Refuge in Concord Township, PA.
As expected, many structures will be lost, many riding trails lost (shared by bikers & hikers). Traffic congestion, noise, pollution–all those things that come with dense development.
