Holy cannoli, the balm has totally blown my mind! It’s indescribably incredible! I’ll be getting before/after pics this week & writing up a review for the blog.

I picked up my leather balm from Bensmom on Friday.
On Saturday I had the container at the barn where I board, and I offered some to fellow boarders who have already bought soap.
I had to place an “emergency call” to Bensmom on Sat afternoon because the balm was ALMOST GONE!!!
My lavender vanilla soap arrived today 
smells delicious, can’t wait to try it! I wish I’d waited for the balm to be available before I’d ordered… Ah well, next time!
Unfortunately the lid had cracked in transit, but I guess that’s one of the risks you take when getting something shipped halfway across the world. The soap itself is undamaged so it’s not a drama.
Darnit!! I’ve been working to figure out a way to protect the lids – I have some new boxes – I am going to make sure that I use those for international shipping, unless it makes it more expensive for you guys!
I really, really appreciate this type of feedback (as well as the wonderful accolades – keep those coming!) – it helps me so much to make changes in packaging or padding to protect shipments.
So, glad the soap itself was not damaged! I will investigate the small boxes further . . .

I can’t wait to try everything! I just ordered one of each soap and the balm you have on Etsy. I am a horrible tack neglecter. Will you have any more of the Rosemary Mint anytime? I am obsessed with anything Rosemary scented, so I would for sure buy that too!
Libby, I love the soap and was eager to try the conditioner. It arrived today and I used it on my saddle that was in need of a little moisture. The balm was easily applied and quickly absorbed, leaving no residue on the saddle or my hands.
Thank you for making such a great complimentary product to the soap (of which I bought more of just for the different scent :))!

Darnit! The Rosemary Mint will go back up right away! I didn’t realize it was showing as out of stock. Grrrrr. Sometimes this darn day job gets in the way of me getting my “real” work done! :lol:

Ack! I just renewed both!! Since I make it as I go, it isn’t ever “sold out” really, but Etsy makes me put a limit on the amount available.
I am anxiously awaiting a shipment of leather balm supplies so that I can fill all my pending orders. The holiday with everything closed over the long weekend caught me short of balm making supplies, but the supplier is really good and fast, and it is supposed to come tomorrow!
Everything is renewed now – y’all can go and spend more $ if you like. I need lots of riding lessons, and a dressage saddle and some HSLC logo shirts and stickers and . . . and. . .
I’m really so grateful to everyone here who likes the products and tells everyone else!

Just got my first order today! I was so excited! Loved getting some candy too!
My fiance said “That’s weird” and took a piece LOL Guess he didn’t think it was too weird!
I took before and after pictures, but the soap and conditioner didn’t really change the “look” of my saddle. I take really good care of my tack, so I’m not concerned about its look. However, the feel of the leather has drastically improved! I wish I could take a picture of that. It is so much softer! It doesn’t have that oily feel, its just buttery soft, and smells divine. Also, my hands feel awesome haha You should probably start advertising like Pamolive “Tough on yucky tack, soft on your hands!”
