Best all in one cat dewormer?

So, is there a best “all in one” cat dewormer? I am looking for something for hookworms, heart worms, roundworms, and tapeworms.
I have an appt. with our local vet, after finding tapeworm segments around my cat’s anus, after having them supposedly worm her a month ago…
I am not happy about this, and need to find something that I can do regularly instead of relying on them to worm her “once a year” and tell me that is all she needs. She is an outdoor barn cat that does eat mice/rodents on occasion so she is exposed to those risks.
What do you worm your barn cats?
If not an “all in one” (thinking ease of worming a barn cat regularly-ha!), what do you use?
Thanks!

Profender!

Although I don’t think it does heartworms.

But it’s topical! Super easy

Profender (topical) or Milbemax (oral)

Profender !

Thanks! I am still pretty “ughhhhh!” at the sight of something crawling out of my cat’s anus this evening as she strolled into the house (door was open, and she comes in occasionally for a treat)…ughhhhhh.
shudder

A lot of dewormers don’t do tapeworms. They are also not seen on a fecal exam. So they may have dewormed her but they may not have dewormed her against tapes.

Given your description I’d think it was probably tapeworms (grain of rice, crawl on the fur). Although if you are going to deworm, might as well get as much as you can at once. Just make sure it covers tapes. Drontal, Profender, Milbemax all will do tapes, rounds, and hooks. Milbemax will also do heartworms.

No advise, but my cat coughed up a wiggling worm  and the vet gave her ivitermin (spelling).
The funny thing was it was banana flavored and she had been all ready to RESIST it and then afterwards looked like all confused because the taste wasn’t bad.

The best control for tapeworms is good flea prevention.

Revolution does intestinal parasites, heart worms and fleas in cats. Deworm with Profender now and keep on Revolution monthly.

Glad I stumbled over this thread. We had two cats with worms before Christmas and worried they wouldn’t make it till next year. But they’re better now, and we’re looking into better flea prevention next, as suggested here.
Thanks!
