Need recommendations as to which breeches are still sold without the silicone knee grips. I absolutely love my Struck breeches but wish they didn’t have the silicone sticky knee patches. It seems all breeches now are made with silicone knee grips!!
I know Tailored Sportsman still does suede but they don’t fit me the best.
Any recommendations are highly appreciated!
I like Kerrits - they have multiple styles without the silicone. I can’t speak to fit, but I have tried just about all of their tights/pull-ons with regular knee patches & have been pleased.
RJ Classics gulf and the older version of Pikeur Ciaras (still available through smartpak/Dover last time I checked) both have suede.
RJ Gulf, or Romfh Sarafina–careful because the latter comes in both a silicone and a suede.
I was coming here to mention these two. I think they’re very good at different things. Of these two, I find the fit on the Sarafina better for an athletic build whereas the Gulf is GREAT if you are narrower in the hips and glutes. The Gulf is lighter, doesn’t show dirt as much, breathable, but does show sweat. I don’t think the Sarafina’s fabric is as good in comparison. Come at me. 
I’m wearing them right now and I don’t think they breathe well. In mid-Atlantic summers they feel hot. They handle moisture transfer well- no sweat marks- but I don’t know that I would buy another pair for summer.

I have three pairs of these and they are great. Very flattering and wash well.
If you know your size in the Pikeur Ciaras you can get them for wayyy cheaper from non-US sites (mybreeches.com, etc). Shipping is usually cheap but return shipping is $$$
