I am having a lot of pain and numbness problems with my hands and elbows resulting from a pinched nerve in my neck. I need an elbow brace of some kind that is good for riding, as I have a clinic next week I must ride in. Does anyone have any advice for the best elbow braces? I see some horse-related ones and also some generic sports types. Must be available through quick shipping too!
I’m a huge supporter of Back on Track products, and I know they have an elbow brace. I’ve never used the elbow brace personally, but I’m wearing the knee brace and ankle brace on a daily basis and notice a huge difference in my swelling and pain levels (I’m wearing the knee brace for an MCL injury, and the ankle for rehabbing a broken tibia/fibula).
second back on track! My friend had really bad tendinitis in her elbow and wearing their brace helped her a lot.
