Best heated gloves and socks? Edited 1/24

The title says it all - which brand of heated gloves and or socks have you found to be the best for outdoor winter riding? I usually like Ororo for heated apparel but for their socks, I’m concerned the upper outer calf battery pack will interfere with boots/half chaps, and for their gloves, they look too thick for good dexterity.

1/24 edit - Well, for Christmas I got the Anseris Outrek heated insoles and I don’t think I’ll be able to use them. I cut them to fit using the insole inserts from my Ariats and even with the special Ariat insoles removed, these things are so thick I can’t fit my foot in any more. :frowning:

@Ponyboy did you get any socks? I have an Ororo heated vest and I love it. But I think the socks look too short. I also have a larger calf so I’m worried that any sock wouldn’t go up as high as advertised. I’ve considered heated insoles instead.

I didn’t get any socks, all the types I saw looked like they had a battery pack that would interfere with half chaps/tall boots. For Christmas my husband got me Anseris Outrek heated insoles, but I haven’t put them in yet. I will report back!

I have Thermacell heated insoles that I’ve found very useful. They don’t feel actively warm, but after hours outside you realize your toes aren’t frozen like they should be. There’s no external battery pack or anything bulky—just plug them in at home to recharge.
