My helmet for schooling will need to be replaced next year. I do therapeutic horseback riding. I need a safe and ventilated helmet that comes in different colors. I have a Troxel Legacy with a dial on the back which is annoying. Which is a good schooling helmet without a dial?

Yes I love these.
Go to a tack shop and buy the helmet that fits you best and that you like. I ride in a Charles Owen J3. It is by far the most comfortable, best fitting helmet for me. The dial fit helmets never fit my big head. Many helmets sit too high on me and then fall down onto my nose.
Try enough helmets that you love the fit. My sportage is my favourite helmet and my co just doesn’t feel like it fits if I switch them on the same day. It does but that’s how much better the sportage feels to me.
