My laminitic mini does well in boots on turnout. Her old Easyboots have broken so I’d like to get her some new boots. Is anyone aware of mini boots that allow some air in? The Easyboots and Cavallos both hold water. I love Renegade boots because water passes through them, but they are not available in mini size. I’m not sure if the combination of cushioning and ventilation exists in a hoof boot.
I came across the 24/7 jogging boot, which is a glue-on but I wonder if dirt and stones get jammed up in the drainage hole that they have. Any experience with these or something similar?
