Hello everyone! A good friend of mine has a new up and coming stallion that she is starting to advertise for. What publications and websites, other than The Chronicle as she has already done that, do you all use or recommend to advertise your stallions? Mare owners, what platform do you use the most to find your stallions?
I think it would depend on the breed of stallion and whether he specializes in one sport.
People do put stallion ads up on platforms like Warmbloods for Sale, etc. Basically the same forums that you would use to advertise a horse of that calibre if he was for sale?
The best advertisement for a young stallion is the show ring.

The best place to advertise a stallion is www.WarmbloodStallionsNA.com. And I’m not biassed at all! I used to print the Warmblood Stallions of North America magazine annually, but I couldn’t make it financially viable. Instead I’ve gone online and created a unique combination of ads and marketing services. One of the reasons it works is that getting the message out to mare owners is all I do. The other is that I combine my website with FB with an email newsletter to breeders. My advertisers get the benefits of all those platforms, packaged and working together. Plus it’s cost-effective and trackable. :yes:
