Friend of mine has a lovely little gray market Kubota with FEL and lots of other attachments.
I have a JD 2305 sub-compact utility tractor (SCUT) with a non-foldable rollover protection system (ROPS), a 62" belly mower, a 48" front end loader (FEL), and a ballast box holding 300 pounds of sand. This tractor has a 24 HP Yanmar diesel-fueled engine and 4-wheel drive (4WD). I bought it new in 2007 for about $15,000. Best money I ever spent. FEL attaches/detaches in 5 minutes without tools; ditto for the mower deck. FEL can lift prolly 600 pounds. Owner’s manual shows you how to do all maintenance and any person with minimal skills can do the service. I can mow through waist-high hay going up a 45-degree incline because of the 4WD and the diesel motor has the sustained torque under heavy load. Diesel engines are good for 10,000 hours. Any color SCUT will do what you need it to do and for an economical price. Two of my neighbors have bought similar tractors; one traded in his 4-wheeler, the other his old full size 30 HP farm tractor. Newer model SCUTs have folding ROPs – good when you have low clearance; bad because you won’t put them up so they can protect you. I’ve shot myself out of my tractor seat in the blink of an eye too many times while doing loader work on minor grades because I was too stupid to wear the seatbelt.

Watch out for that. The tractor dealer/service people near me won’t sell you parts any more without running your serial number; apparently people are doing a lot of shady re-importing of American or overseas made tractors WITHOUT the standard pollution control and safety equipment that’s mandated here. The dealers are on to it and won’t touch it with a 10-foot pole.
Which is why I bought a brandy-new New Holland Workmaster 40, nice loader, swings a big bush hog, drinks fuel like a sonofagun but drives like a BMW. 6 years, zero interest, and he took my 2 antiques in trade–what’s not to like?
