I’m going to be installing a new faucet in my wash stall very soon, so I need to pick something out pretty quickly, but I am not sure which kind to get. I’ve searched in these forums and also Googled but I am not getting a ton of specific ideas.
Can you tell me what you have, or what you plan to get, and the pros and cons of them. Like is there anything I need to think about as far as the faucet design or placement? Pics would be great.
I plan to have an overhead hose arm if that makes any difference. The wash stall is a 10’x12’ room with no exterior walls but my plumber will be taking into consideration the possibility of pipes freezing in the winter.
I’ve seen the kind with the ball valves, one for hot and one for cold. I think those types of handles would be easier to use with wet hands but wouldn’t it be harder to get the right temp if you have to mess with two things instead of one? I’m also thinking the entire thing should be a close to the wall as possible, so it is less likely to get broken by a horse.
I’d like something nice so it doesn’t have to be something repurposed or such.
