I’m looking for a Bichon Frise or Miniature Poodle in Maryland or the surrounding states. I do not wish to adopt… I want a puppy from a reputable breeder that isn’t going to have a high chance of health issues down the line, and who has a nice coat. I plan to participate in grooming competitions with my dog.

Her family shows and breeds poodles and bichons. They are in Maryland I believe. My sister has one of her minature poodles.
If you go to Infodog results, you can see the results of shows across the East Coast. When you look at the results you can see who was entered, and where they live. The breeder above was at the Maryland Kennel Club shows earlier this month, but there were some other dogs entered from the general area. You won’t get direct contact information from this site, but you might be able to search for websites of the breeders.
