Big Ass Fan substitute?

I have ceiling fans over my stalls, which I love, because they are quiet, and move a lot of air. But mine are undersized for the stalls, and I would like to upgrade to one of the fans that move more slowly, and move more air, like the BA fans. However, after getting a quote for $1700/fan, I need to find an alternative! :0
Has anyone used any knockoff with success? I’m finding a few on the internet.
(I’m not interested in big blowing metal fans. Silence is golden…)

Please post here if you find it!!! I have a big Ass floor fan and it’s LOUD. Great for drowning out fireworks… but would also like something quieter.

Ramm Fence has a 60" ceiling fan for $148
Will that work? I don’t have any first hand knowledge of them

We have one of the “other” brands in one of our university buildings. I think it’s a MacroAir, but I wouldn’t swear to that. It’s almost silent, and even at slow speeds moves a LOT of air. It’s been there for decades, so I can’t comment on any new models.

Does anyone have prices for these?

Thanks for the links. Mellsmom, I’ve found it’s always best to simply call the companies to get accurate prices. I’ll do that next week.

Click on the “get prices” button ?

Equibrit… didn’t see that as an option on the ones I wanted to see and if the prices aren’t readily available on-line then obviously the company isn’t worried about sales. I don’t call because then I undoubtedly end up on either a robo call or spam e-mail list.

Troposaire Titan in 72" ($599) or 84" ($699) (the drop rod may be extra, I don’t remember). You can order through Amazon or Home Depot or Dan’s Fan City. DFC makes them and was very helpful answering my questions. Super quiet and cheap to run and moves a lot of air in a gentle way. I have two that I leave on 24/7 many months of the year.

Badger thanks.

MacroAir (Kiser) and Entrimatic laughed at me when I said that $1700/fan was too expensive. Theirs start at $3000+! :0 I’m calling Dan’s Fan City tomorrow…

How big are you looking for?

I am specifically looking for a high volume, low speed fan. I already have ceiling fans. I don’t want to just up the speed or size.
