Update - injunction filed by Helgstrand. This is what the TV station says…
Operation X is made by Danish Morten Spiegelhauer. According to TV2, “with Morten Spiegelhauer as the leading figure, Operation X reveals conditions and cases that would otherwise not come to the public’s knowledge, and those responsible are confronted.”
Cant speak for Denmark but these kind of cases dont just get dreamed up by TV stations in USA. Someone who has seen improper going’s on or training or whatever goes to the press and gets the ball rolling. I have to think that something was passed along first, either by client or competitor or unhappy employee…then the undercover groom was put in

Interesting question. I am guessing that the general public is more horsey there ? Ijust between disciplines of the United States, There are tremendous difference of opinion, standards, etc. Take note of what happened with FEI reining. This will be interesting to see how it plays out.
I mean in the United States, a trainer can shoot a client and people will still argue over who’s fault it was…

While part of me says it’s dirty to go in undercover, another part says one doesn’t tend to scream blue murder unless they’re guilty af and trying to hide something.
I have no dog in this fight, I just want to see horses treated fairly, xx

If the injunction granted, I hope someone from Operation X leaks the footage. I’m sorry but methinks he does protest too much. If all was ethical at that stable he wouldn’t be trying to hide it.

Sounds like lots of nasty things going on in that barn. Then again, given his history, is anyone surprised? Let the footage air and people can draw their own conclusions. I can imagine how he puts “horses in their place”.
