Why would a person sore a trail horse? I agree that it’s stupid, I just can’t even picture why someone would do it to begin with?

I would guess it still goes on it’s just behind closed doors, just like dog fighting. People that believe this is ok and it’s a thrill are not going to ch age due to new laws. JMHO
