I had ordered a custom saddle from them (as you may recall) for my TB. Unfortunately, there were some issues and it just did not fit right. Well true to form, as wonderful as they were to deal with in helping me order the saddle, that’s how courteous they were with taking it back. In this day and age where we are quick to only post the negatives about companies, I wanted to come on and post how kind Staci was and let you all know you should have no qualms about ordering from such a stand up company. The saddle was beyond beautiful and I wish it would have worked.
