Birthdate

I just logged into this forum after a few years MIA, so naturally I wanted to update my profile. It came to my attention that my birthday–according to my profile–is July 1st, 1988. My real birthday is January 7th, 1988 though… This is very strange and even annoying. How can I fix this? I’m not 18, I’m 19, and my birthday definitely isn’t in July. I’ve no idea how this came up but it did, and I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me out with changing it.

PS: I tried to click on the link provided in the thread above with questions and answers concerning this BB, but every time I filled out my username, birthdate, and e-mail, a page came up that would not work (and that makes me think nothing went through).

Erin explains in this thread that the form has indeed gone through even though that page doesn’t load. I imagine she’ll get to it eventually but she has to change it manually, it’s not an instant fix.

The birthdates changed when loaded into the new forum. It apparently processes dates the European way. So instead of 1/7/88 having the month as the first digit and date as the second digit (January 7th), it got flip flopped to having the date as the first digit and month as the second. (July 1st)
