Does anyone know of anyone who specializes in fitting bits/bridles in the mid-Michigan area? Thanks.
No help for in person but Florence at Try My Bits does virtually bit and I believe bridle fittings as well. I know she Carrie’s Neue Schule and Tota Comfort Bridles. The Bit Barn in Canada has a large selection of bits and does remote fittings/ consults with 30 day trials on recommended bits for free (I think it’s normally $15-20 per bit otherwise?).
Tarlo_Farm, only to echo the comment about Florence Weitzel, of “Try My Bits.” ADA has had her in west Michigan for clinics in the spring of the past couple of years. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. Not sure whether she’s scheduled for this year; I will find out.

I have worked for The Bit Barn in Canada for the last year, let me know if you have any questions! She does virtual consultations via Zoom - obviously it’s preferable if you can get someone hands-on to do it with you.
