Hi, This is my own shop – https://btbbrowbands.com or www.facebook.com/BTBbrowbands – my browbands are all under $100. This is primarily a hobby for me and I enjoy working with folks who want something custom made – I generally work with 6-10mm beads with holes at least 1mm, so some clients find their own beads on etsy. To the extent I can find a browband in the size/style/color you like, I’ll work with you.
Those of you who suggested making your own – it’s a bit trickier than you might think, most of the instructions I have found are incomplete or miss helpful tips/tricks. If you are really interested, I have a tip sheet I can share.
I will check it out! I agree, making your own is for those who have skill and patience, which is NOT ME:D
What do you mean by too narrow? I have the standard and the new one I ordered is xfull (it was a flash sale, I didn’t care if it was a bit too long), they have various widths? heights? thickness? For comparison’s sake, I ride a fjord with a wide head, the full horse fits her well.
Too narrow - it says it is only 12 cm wide, which is pretty narrow. Some people like that look, but I don’t, especially on a horse with a wide head already. I am looking at a specific browband they have.
Ahhh… They make customs, I would be surprised if they wouldn’t make the same design in a larger size.
Just updating since I received my browband today. It is very blingy and bit lighter in color than anticipated, but nice quality nonetheless. The BR bridle worked out well too.
How is the width of the browband - that was my worry - it is advertised as 12 cm wide - which seems really narrow? I did check with Equiture, and that is the widest then go, at least with the V shaped browbands…
Personally, I feel that the width (12mm) is just right. I don’t like too narrow or hugely wide.

They have 18" browbands! I just bought a new oversize bridle and the browband it came with is too small for my drafty boy. I think I’m going to get an empty channel one, thanks for the link!
