I did some Googling and it seems that Bloomfield Hills is not a lesson program. It’s a city. I think you’ll get responses if you’re more clear on what you’re asking. The way it’s worded now, sounds like you’re asking about a non-existent barn. This is the eventing forum, so does your niece want to event? If so, then I would ask about eventing lesson barns within Bloomfield Hills and you might something.
Bloomfield Open Hunt is in the area, a private club that used to host a big Grand Prix, and that I assume is more hunter oriented (and expensive… not sure if lessons are open to non-members). North of that area is Hunter’s Run (an eventing facility) and fox hunting country – you could message the folks at The Eventing Association of Michigan facebook page to ask who is currently offering lessons in that area, and perhaps the Metamora Hunt Club. There is a lot of eventing in area a 30-45 minutes outside of Ann Arbor, which might work for weekends. Meadowlark Equestrian is a lovely dressage facility in Plymouth, and a fairly easy trip via expressway.
