High possibility that I may be relocating to Lexington!
Any suggestions on facilities with pasture board options and an indoor arena (preferably under $400/month)?
Good eventing and dressage trainers?

Lexington is a tough area. Its racehorse county, not sporthorse county unfortuantely. I cannot think of a single place with an indoor remotely in your budget if youre looking for full care. You’ll be able to find parital or self care at some facilities in the under 400 range though. Indoors are not as plentiful here as elsewhere in the country which is so frustrating overall. It is also important to know what side of town youll be on. The opposite sides might as well be different towns entirely with how our traffic patters work. If you plan to be riding in the envenings and traveling around our heavy traffic times, it seriously makes all the difference.
With all that said, i LOVE lexignton and think everyone else should too:lol:
i LOVE the lexington area, but with that said, it is really a tough place to find good boarding in that range. The requirement of an indoor will be extremely limiting for you as most with decent to good indoors will be out of budget. Keep in mind pasture board at most farms in this area includes very minial care overall, think more of renting a spot in the pasture rather than traditional board.
The opposing sides of this town are also essentially different cities entirely. I live one the northwest side of town and you couldnt pay me to keep my horses on the south side with how our traffic patterns are. If you plan to have a “normal” job that requires riding before/after the workday, it can be a real pain to get across town.
It is racehorse country, not sporthorse country here. So it can be a bit disapointing when you realize how few good boarding options there are with ammenities unelss there is not much of a budget to stay in.
