OP, you will probably find that the training facilities won’t embrace the idea of you trailering out for lessons. I have found some of the trainers in the DFW area to be very rigid. I keep my horses at home and have also found that some trainers don’t allow trailering in for lessons.
I sincerely hope that you will have an opportunity to visit a number of barns before making the move.
