not a specific answer to your question however I suggest that you do look into the many programs that the Small Business Administration (SBA) has.
There is a free mentoring program (SCORE) of retired business professionals
I know another Government program, but the SBA does have several methods to assist that is often under used
I just DM’d you a contract copy. I didn’t take time to edit out the personal details so didn’t post it here. The BO/BM is attentive to the daily care of the horses, makes phone calls and adjustments as the horses need them, and all of the horses in her barn are thriving. Small barn, she chooses only boarders that get along with others and that she enjoys teaching.
