Boarding in Southern NH

This is a cross post from the dressage forum as I am open to an eventing facility as I incorporate hill work into my horse’s training.

I am looking to board my dressage horse in Southern NH, 45 minutes any direction from Manchester. I am having a really hard time finding a facility that does not require lessons with a trainer, has good indoor footing (not too deep/not too hard), has outdoor riding space, and turnout for most of the day. I ride with my own trainers and organize my own clinics. I would like to bring my trainers in but understand if that is not possible and I can ship out instead. I would like to stay under $800. So far any place that has met this criteria has a huge waiting list.

Have you checked out equinesite.com and their bulletin board? Someone on there may be able to help you.

Because SNH is a big fat swath of land and Manchester is pretty big you can go in any direction. Are you saying you are in Manchester?

What about Coyote Springs Farm?

Winding Brook Farm Derry NH

http://www.lastimpressionfarm.com/ Swanzey, NH - looks like they are mostly western but welcome all disciplines. Might be worth a look-see if you are just looking to board.

Last impression is a decent enough place, well within your budget, but is probably over 45 mins from Manchester. It takes me like an hour or so to get there from Swanzey. I don’t board there but have been on the property once or twice and know others that do board there.

If the Seacoast is close enough there are some decent places there that I used to board at: Linden Woods Farm in Durham, Green Acres Farm in Madbury. There are many others there but I haven’t personally boarded there.

I live in East Manchester.

Thank you for all the suggestions. I am interested in looking at Coyote Spring Farm but I have not heard back after multiple calls. I called the cell phone number listed on the website so if anyone has a different number, please feel free to private message me. I assume there is a pretty big waiting list there.

Is Senator Bell Farm still around (Windham?? )The grounds were beautiful. Nice eventing course, nice outdoor arena/indoor. Looked like they had quite a few turnouts. But I don’t know if they require you to be in training, turnout schedule or what they charge.
I just took a few eventing lessons there when I was home visiting my mom, and loved the place.
