Bog Spavin would you breed?

Mare is sound, has mild unchanging Bog Spavin and going 3rd level. She is not late behing in the changes. Hocks are not small and weak and she is straight from behind. Would the Bog Spavin be a reason not to breed? She is one of those horses that takes some time to warm up. Hasnt had hock injections and that is being considered for the spring. She is on Adequane with good results + oral supplaments.
If you did decide to breed what would you look for in a stallion to improve on the hocks for this mare?

Thanks in Advance.

Bog spavin or bone spavin?

Frankly, I’ve yet to see a horse do any significant performance work without some damage to the hocks. If she’s good showing at 3rd level (which to me means > 60%) and you don’t find managing her soundness at that level to be a problem, I wouldn’t rule out breeding her.

It is Bog spavin just (puffyness/ fluid). The hind legs are probable a little straight but not to a fault.
Thank you Poltroon for you response. I agree that any working performance horse will see some wear and tear of the hocks.
