Bonaparte N

Has anyone bred to this stallion or had anything to do with progeny? I haven’t been able to find a great deal of stock by him or results for what he does have on the ground. Am thinking of him for a big, very good moving thoroughbred mare (around 16.2hh and throws big foals) to produce an eventer. From what I’ve seen and read he sounds like he has a very good temp and obviously plenty of scope for the bigger classes, just haven’t seen any video of him on the flat so not sure if he would produce something that moves well enough for the higher levels?

You mean the Grey Anglo arabian that competed e.g. at Derby Hamburg ? Offered via State Stud Celle ?

I think he did not breed a lot until about 3 years ago. There are just 5 registered sporthorses by him in the records of our national Sport horse Registration database (You Need to enter your horse there with the FN if you want to compete in Germany).

He himself never competed in a dressage class at all.

There are some Videos on Youtube.

This is a Video from a stallion Show.

Yep that’s the one! Thank you for the links  has anyone used Persiflage or All That Jazz? They stand at Biddesden stud in the UK…

Maybe you could ask Maren about Bonaparte N, she used him for breeding?

A COTHer used Persiflage this year for an event foal. I think it might be BFNE, but not sure.
