is there no one who sells boys breeches or jods that boys would like? I realize that ovation and tuff rider make a couple but they aren’t great and there’s none I’ve found that appeal to my 9yo. He requests lime green. They have a ton of options for girls. Where’s all the boys?
Sadly, no. None that I know of. You could possibly look in the UK for fun colors that are more appealing for boys. It is a shame no one thinks to make schooling britches for kids that aren’t pink or purple. There’s an amazing amount of little girls who come in to the shop who don’t want pink either!
I would check with Annie at Strafford Saddlery in Vermont. She has a great inventory of mens riding clothes. If anyone can find some fun stuff for boys, my guess is that it would be her!
Ovation makes a great boys breech that has back pockets. I used to get “unisex” pull up jods until my son reached an age where that became impractical.
