I am a confirmed Kerrits Flowrise customer - all the way, nothing else. Not sure if it will be hot or cool on your trip? I don’t ride in any other tights or breeches. I buy a larger size (I’m a 4 and buy the M size) and love them. Only drawback? no pockets. Very small flat beltbag has to substitute.

Decathlon, French sports chain, have waterproof jodhpurs in their sale at less than £30. Cheap and cheerful own brand but hold up surprisingly well in use. www.decathlon.co.uk

My current faves are the Kerrits Momentum tights, but I believe they only come in a knee patch version. They are very comfy, have a nice wide waistband, and have 2 thigh pockets. Right now the last season stuff seems to be on clearance at a lot of places so you can find them under $40.
