Is it my TV, or the transmission? The background noise (music, crowd) is so loud I can barely hear the announcer. If I turn him up, the background noise is deafening. Never experienced this with any other race broadcast (or other sports broadcast) – I think it’s their transmission but don’t know how to fix it.
Is your TV doing the same thing? I’m adjusting my audio and it’s not helping.

We had the same issue, audio was all screwy for the first half of the broadcast.
Had it too but with mine it was only when they were standing in the winners circle or interviewing somebody right in front of the grandstand. Chalked it up to a microphone placement or sound mixing/filtering problem in the booth. They solved it after a few races. Live TV challenge they may not have anticipated while setting up in front of a lesser, quieter crowd in the days leading up to the BC races.
No audio problems at all today on my TV. Yay!
