Just in case you bought some tickets, I was just contacted by them regarding a full refund. Their system does not store CC numbers for such a long time so they were not able to just initiate the process on their end, credit where credit is due. They were very nice, of course, as is everybody at Keeneland. No overseas “ customer care” third party service, they are handling it themselves.
Still waiting to see if theres anything going on with the hotel side in refunding non refundable packages for pandemic cancelled travel plans and events.
