I live in Finland, and I haven’t managed to find any proper information about this: My mare is 50% ApHc and 25% qh and 25% connemara, so if I breed her with appaloosa stallion, would the foal still be crossbreed? Is there any chance that I could register the foal as ApHc?

The foal would still be crossbred since Connemara is not an approved outcross breed. The foal might be eligible for “hardship registration” with the ApHC, but to qualify it MUST have “characteristics” (spots, stiped hooves, visible sclera) and MUST be sterilized (which is a bit of a bigger deal if you wind up with a filly).
