I remember seeing this topic at one time. Does anyone know how I can get to it? Thanks.
I confess I don’t know about how to search here, but I can recommend Connecticut Trailers in Bolton, CT, for a really good floor replacement for a B-up. I had my '99 Baron’s floor replaced by them oh, 3 or 4 years ago. They actually have a source for suitable plywood that comes in a sheet big enough for a B-up floor. Since mine was done, I gather that they have done trailers from quite a distance away (I’m lucky; they’re about half an hour away from me).
I got one done a few years ago at Hawthorne Automotive in Franklin, NH.
They used marine grade grade plywood and it cost ~ $1600. They are near the current distributor for Brenderup parts and apparently get quite a few referrals.
I’ve since sold the trailer, but it held up well the entire time I had it.
often it is easier and faster to use a Google Search for the topic, it appears Google uses this board as a watershead of info
Just doing a google search for " brenderup floor replacement" brings up four Choricle threads with more available
note these are old threads

I had my original Brenderup floor replaced with an aluminum floor with WERM. They had to add some additional supports as well, but I’m so happy that I had it done! I will never deal with rubber mats in a horse trailer ever again!
Thanks all for the input, have check them out.
horsejumpguy, the poster who wrote about here (that I remember) is DraftMare. If you search her posts you should find it.
