Hi all, I am asking this group b/c there seem to be a lot of bareback pad users on it. Experiences with the Brockamp, Barefoot, and/or Hilason? I don’t hear good things about Hilason saddles but the bad looks pretty good. Also there are some etsy bareback pads?
I don’t plan to do a lot of heavy duty work in it, just want spine protection and butt protection for walk and casual trot work.

The Ghost Toscana is also similar to the ones you’ve mentioned.
I have the barefoot pad and I like it. I switched from a Parelli bareback pad because it didn’t have enough wither clearance for the TB I was riding. It was also a VERY nice pad. (And I hate parelli, it was a gift!)
