It was a walk in the park, as long as I did what she told me to do, ICE-ICE-ICE a key ingredient.

Oh yeah, I have one of those squishy frozen blue goo things and had it wrapped around my wrist w/in an hour of getting home. 
The PT had some frozen gel thing that just about gave me frostbite; I’ll have to see if I can find one.
