I’m in Southern PA with established 5 acre pasture (Perennial Rye with some KY Blue and Orchard). Despite optimized pH and fastidious mowing broomesedge is getting aggressive and I need to spray for the first time. My research says Croasbow plus prior to first mow of the season (mid May). I have some volunteer clover which I can sacrifice. I need to spray it with a non-ionic surfactant. Can someone clarify and recommend an agent? I have a small boom sprayer. I’d love to sub this out to a farmer or county ag but neither are options given the small area and competing larger operations. TIA.

If you have a local farm Co-operative, they should be able to help point you to a product that works well in your area. But, names I have carried here are TopSurf and FS Aqualight.
Some brands won’t really have a special name, but just say “Surfactant”. Example
