Do you have a brow band you could repurpose off an old bridle? You could put several on that

I know this is an old thread, but a cheap fishing tackle box (craft stores use them now, too, but cheaper as fishing tackle box) that has removable partitions. I have some that are long enough. Just pull all those partitions out and the ones that go lengthwise are permanent.
