Brown field boots-Where are they?

Anyone know where I could get some Brown field boots? Ive been searching for awhile and its seems like there is not much to choose from right now…Found other sized etc on ebay but no one seems to have a 9. I guess kind of middle of the road on price, but comfortable. I could go either way on zippers at this point.

Thanks!

I used to be a Dehner dealer, and at one time, I think they kept some stock boots…a bit less expensive than full custom, though not cheap by any standard. Might be wotrht looking at their website, and giving them a call. Have you checked with some of the hunt country shops around VA to see if they have something on consignment?

Give Dover a call. 1-800-989-1500

I bought a pair of brown field boots from them last year for $225.00. They are slow to ship and it took me a while to break them in, but I’m pretty pleased with their quality and look. I have had a lot of compliments on mine while out cubbing.

Does Dover really have brown field boots?? Never seen 'em.

I got mine in a size 9 off eBay. I think foxhuntinghshop.com has some that are a relatively good price, though I haven’t checked in a while. Might also try calling around to Middleburg Tack Exchange and the Old Habit.

I ordered a pair of brown field boots from Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters two years ago and I really love them. These folks make custom boots for the price of off the rack!
Find them at: www.gotalleyho.com

Call the M’burg Tack Exchange. I got a pair of Dehner’s there last year, for about $125.

Ebay is good too, just keep checking. I got a pair of Vogel’s on there the other week (technically men’s but who cares? They’re only a size large in the foot, but fit great otherwise, so I’ll just put a thicker sock on! ;)).

The Tally Ho link provided above was wrong.

Here’s the correct one

I did not have a good experience with Tally Ho. They made my boots wrong and NEVER EVER made right on them. I would use caution…

I and some of my friends had a negative experience in our efforts to get brown field boots from Nittany. Very disappointing, an expensive mistake.

I just put a pair of Der Dau 10 XXW calf dress boots on ebay…They are brown.

How about these

Here are some nice ones, size 10 wear heavy socks.
