Looking for peoples opinions and experiences with registering their buckskins. This is not a quarter horse, looking for color registry only. Since there appears to be a couple of different registries, I was hoping to hear from folks on their experiences to help me decide. thanks
I was considering THIS registry for my cross bred dappled buckskin mare. I needed a color registration to show her in color classes, and also wanted some type of registry since she is not a purebred or partbred that was register-able. I ended up selling her before I got around to it, but it seems pretty straightforward with photos and a payment. This registry was suggested to me on COTH some time ago, otherwise, I know nothing about it aside from the fact that most color classes with accept this registry.
a buckskin registry should be called Sanctimoniousness as the ones we have had always have had a holier-than-thou attitude of superiority… cocky things that they are.
Ours have been Morgans and are just registered as Morgans
