Building Tack Room

Hello! My family is planning on building a tack room in our barn. We figured we would use an old stall as our base since we already throw supplies in there. My only question is about the ceiling. Currently we have a huge pole barn as a barn for everything. Horses, hay, and wooden lumber storage. As any pole barn, it has a very large ceiling, probably 30 feet high. Should we just put plywood or boards on top on the stall and always clean it (since dust will collect) or use a different method? Does anyone here have experience with this?
Thanks!

My SIL did this in her barn, though it wasn’t a stall, so she had to frame in basically a room inside her pole barn. Hers has insulation and a door-- basically a “she shed” inside her barn. It has a flat “roof” that is just the plywood “ceiling”, but it does have 2x6 “trusses” so she can store stuff up there like blankets in bins. She gets up there a couple times a year to sweep and shop vac any accumulated dust.
