Five days of Burghley! We went a few years ago and want to go again. Loved it!
I went decades ago and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I would go again if I didn’t have a farm to keep up. And money left over after getting all the things a farm needs. Fabulous shopping on top of the “civilized” approach that the British have for the spectator. AND it was COOL there. Win win!!! Coming home - not so fun.
Dear employer: If you’re going to have the September conference at London head office be an annual event starting next year, as you’re discussing, could you do me a favor and move it up one week so I can go to Burghley? Thank youuuuu…
Great to see a that the U.S. already has 8 entered and will likely be adding more. By far the strongest contingent we’ve sent in a long time.
I’m going this year and am excited to see a good contingent of USA riders - went to Badminton and there were 3 entered but only Savanah Fulton completed the course.
No Germans. No Irish. Lots of names that are new to me and lots of new horses as well.
Will Deniro Z be overfaced? Burghley is extremely difficult, and, while I may be misremembering a discussion here, I thought that he was a short format horse.
You’re thinking of Fernhill by Night
