On this note, in the coronerâs report about the death of Olivia Inglis, the following is written:
All the experts emphasised that frangible technology should not drive the design of particular fence, nor should it be used to justify what would otherwise be an inappropriate fence.

For reference, âall expertsâ in this case are Mike Etherington-Smith, Alex Lochore, Paul Tapner, and Grant Johnston. Not exactly uneducated. In this case, the coroner did not explicitly conclude that the course designer had used this as his design methodology. I really hope we never have to read a coronerâs report that says otherwise.
Wish I could quote the quote, but I want to thumbs up what you quoted there about 3 million times. CMP doesnât seem to follow those guidelines.
