I’ve been trying to get ahold of Burlingham Sports for the past week and a half. They never shipped the item I ordered; then when I tried to cancel the order due to them never actually shipping it they said they couldn’t do that without charging me half the cost. I just want my item or my money… but they won’t respond to email or give a call back.
Does anyone have a contact for someone there?
I’ve reached them at orders@burlinghamsports.com and the response had this number in the email signature: 909-590-7774.
I can’t exactly remember why, but I have this memory of them having weird hours and holidays being generous. Maybe try next week?
The weird thing is they emailed me right after Christmas. So you’d think they would be answering this week if they worked part of Christmas week? It’s just really odd.

That is weird. I definitely had hit or miss responses with their customer care though, had some issues getting things shipped but it was more on the part of the shipping company than their problem.
