This article is a good estimation of what happened given the data we had at the time this article was written. Since then I have made a great deal of progress in finding Munition and shutting down a three ring circus of horse swindlers, horse theives, fake rescue organizations, fake rescue post sites, interstate crime, falsification of EU and USDA documents, animal abuse etc etc etc. It Is about money.
Each horse that is swindled away from poor families (that usually cannot orchestrate the investigation needed to institute criminal action) is then sold and resold and resold and each person along the chain gets cash. The rescue is non-profit...receives charitable donations...except who knows how many donations really go to each (horse per horse) and how much money goes REALLY to KEEPING HORSES HIDDEN and pretending to be a rescue. Many of these so called "neglected horses" are stolen for the sake of a buck at any end, to resale stolen property, or for cash at the slaughterhouse.
I am not guilty for trusting and I was preyed upon and I admit my ignorance. However, I am the victim and it is Spud Noone that is under investigation. I am only one of many people in this area of MASS that have been swindled by Noone. His family is exceedingly likely to be in on the whole business of taking horses by deception and selling at auctions to known killbuyers. Only those that were present at the farm that day witnessed the scene of the first crime and know what really happened when Spud Noone made his oral contract to safely deliver Munition to his new home in New Jersey and that I "the owner" would finalize Munition's paperwork later (a bill of sale of a registered Thoroughbred).
Most of the comments here (and at Alex Brown post with mysterious deletions of my comments and investigation) are mere speculation not grounded in fact. Noone is making a bad name for people who want to transport your horse safely. Mr. Noone was in quiet a hurry since he picked up my horse on Nov 7 afternoon in MASS and is known to have sold horses at New Holland PA Nov 8 the next morning.
Spud is known to show up at New Holland approximately every two weeks...likely with a new batch of victim horses and broken confused families with questions that go unanswered and hollow hopes their horse is really in a "good home".
Munition was likely at Noone's Kerri-On-Farm in Three Rivers, MA from Nov. 7 to Nov. 21. Noone wanted to get Munition's front leg better so he could sell Munition locally to the rich MASS people since he is such an amazing horse. If there are witnesses from this farm that saw Munition at Kerri-On during this time period, you could help with this criminal investigation.
When I called Noone on Nov 19th I let him know I didn't believe his story of Munition's fate. So he had to get rid of evidence. On Monday Nov 22...when Noone was exceedingly likely to have sold Munition at New Holland...Noone got a phone call from my attorney trying to "settle this out of court". Right after this call from my attorney, it is exceedingly likely that Noone called the next people in the chain of custody of Munition.
I believe that following subpoena the phone records will demonstate the truth of this obvious conclusion. The next people in the chain of custody of poor stolen Munition include the following people...as I can gather from all sources that have no reason to help other than love of horses.
..first Chuckie Beam (who myself and the New Holland police questioned last Monday at the auction bonanza) buys the horses at New Holland, then they are believed to go on Brian Moore's truck, which are believed to go to Chris and Rick Sheidy's "another chance" so everyone can make a buck it seems...as the good horses (that were likely stolen) can be sold across the country for big bucks. My horse is likely to be hidden by Christy Sheidy to destroy evidence since it seems she is motivated financially to protect this whole ring of swindlers and killers. Munition could be at any of Christy and Rick Sheidy's places, Brian Moore's places, Phil Shirk's places, or Chuckie Beam's places, or one of their friend's places, or they could have killed Munition by now since they know I am on to them.
They likely thought they would sell him soon at a local auction so everyone KEEP AN EYE OUT PLEASE and bring MUNITION HOME! IF he is brought home safely you will be rewarded, name the price as so many want Muntion home already, no questions asked.

Nothing yet. I found it not-so-surprising to hear the regular names of KB/s and the slaughter pipeline still so active.
The KB:s just got smarter about doing their business.

Good news about the horses at Elk Creek. They were all found good homes. I was hoping that they didn’t get sent to a KB. Just glad that the person responsible to place them cared enough to make sure they were safe.

I think perhaps one of the problems is that he trusted the wrong person(s), particularly one in the racing commission’s office.

Its so frustrating to be so helpless in all this – and yet watch it in its workings.
With...total shock that these things happen in full view as if....
with attitude that (they) are untouchable – their playground, their rules… bullies in the truest sense.
Except, this isnt a playground, and its people, their livihoods, and their lives.
I wish there was some better way to support those trying to set the wrongs right....for now, nothing but small prayers that their prayers are answered. What dedication!

Why Chris McErlean ignored overtures about wrong doings and it took 5++ years to launch an investigation (Nov 2010) into alleged bribes to race officials just boggles one’s mind?

Speaking of which…
DD’s rig was seen around town yesterday. Appears because of most of the charges being dropped this individual should once again be gracing PA racing with his presence.
BTW Michael Caraman has one in at Philly in the 1st on the 12th.
Omega Miracle owned by a guy named Nick Patsicostas.
DDs rig being seen while Caraman has one entered is of course just another coincidence. Should be interesting as to who brings this animal into the paddock:rolleyes:

couple months ago, tammy rozells boyfriend, John, was sherrif’d papers— yesterday, they took him out in cuffs.

Is hard to speculate but only a couple of reasons he could have been in there. Either entering a horse, or getting his license back.
