Four cheeky hunt supporters are to strip off to show their support for the Old Berks.

Whipper-in Harry Chance, farriers Ben Elcock and Jamie Goddard and subscriber James Blanchard have all agreed to discard their clothes to be “butlers in the buff” to help swell hunt funds.

The men raised nearly £1,000 at an auction of promises on 25 September.

When a bidding war hotted up between two determined ladies, the brave butlers agreed to serve at dinner parties for both, with subscriber Vanessa Marment and lady master Annabel Saunders paying just under £500 each.

The four men will serve canapés, drinks and dinner — wearing just aprons and their Patey hats.

Ms Marment hosts the first dinner party on 15 October.

“I hope it will be a huge amount of fun,” she said.

And “butler” James Blanchard said they are also looking forward to the party. “It will be a laugh,” he said.

hehehehehe.

I so very miss UK.

Gaaacckkk! If it were me, I’m afraid some appetites might be lost. Too much hair.

There was another charity raising event H&H covered…riders (male & female) would submit photos of themselves with their horses in whatever stage of undress they wished. People would then have to donate funds to the charity to get the password so they could view the photos.

It was pretty neat, tasteful and pretty brave of the posters…and they somehow rigged it so you couldn’t copy the photos or print them out.

Look, I try my best but there’s a patch in the middle of my back that I just cannot reach and I don’t have a razor with an extendo-handle and since I, not surprisingly, live by myself, there’s no one to help–oh, wait, you’re talking about the nekkid butlers. :: blushes :: Nevermind.

Cool!

Sounds like a hoot to me…I think somewhere…deep down inside…I might be British!! :D:winkgrin:
Terrific senses of humor…mostly!!

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm…nope!

I think it’s a brillant idea…

but, then again, If I was one of the dinner guests, I might be afraid to ask what was in the dip…

Well…actually…

Well actually, deep down inside…I’m Irish! which explains my sense of humor! My grandmother came from Ireland.
So E-brit…does that count?!!
