I just wanted to share with everybody that I have purchased the Elite Hanoverian stallion Cabalito back and he will be standing (and eventually retiring) here at my farm in Texas! I imported him in 2001, campaigned him very successfully in the hunters and started his breeding career, but sadley had to sell him due to divorce in 2007. He has been happily competing in both the jumper and hunter rings since then along with continuing to breed a few mares. His offspring are really proving themselves in the hunter ring, and showing and winning all over the country, I am so proud of all of his babies!
I have always dreamed of getting him back, he was a once in a lifetime horse for me, and I am still pinching myself that he is here! He is getting settled back in, was THRILLED to see “his mares” again, and we will be standing him to a very limited book the rest of this season, and ramping up for full service next year. (semen is SUPER)
Many thanks to Lisa Coletto for allowing me this opportunity, and Renae Coates for riding and showing him the past 2 years. He has many loyal fans all over the country, and I also wanted to thank all of them for the support and belief in him all these years. He is truly a special horse, and a very important part of the American hunter breeding community.
Welcome home Cabalito!!!
