I got this message from the local utility about power outages:
“211 is a free, confidential service that’s available to anyone. You can get in touch with 211 by visiting 211.org, calling 211 or texting “PSPS” to 211-211.”
and it made me wonder why I would be texting a cat “PSPS” in the middle of a power outage.
They’re electrician cats. Obvs. 
No. I think it’s because cats see better in the dark and they’re willing to volunteer their services as guide cats until the lights come back on.
However, bending waaaay down to hold on to their harness handle while you walk will guarantee you a trip to the chiropractor the next day. 
If you text PSPS maybe they will send cat pictures or videos. To keep you entertained until the power is back on.
