Calvin Borel is back.

Apparently sudden March retirement based on love. Or not?

Guess Lisa was not the Mrs afterall.

I, for one, am glad he is back. He could pass for ninety and if he said he rode Man O’War he looks believable. If I didn’t know better, I believe he rode Sir Barton.

Hurray! I’m glad he is back

Glad to see him back & wish him continued good health & racing luck.

I had a feeling it wouldn’t last. I wish him good racing luck and continued good health.

The man could’ve ridden Matchem and I’d still be glad he’s back.

If it was love, I’m sorry it didn’t work out, but I love that he’s back!

(Why would anyone retire for love?)

I’m glad he is back. I saw him at Churchill Downs earlier this year when he was ponying horses for Buff Bradley at the morning workouts. At first I didn’t even realize it was him! I kept looking over, thinking I should know this guy because he just has that “look”. Then the friend I was with told me who he was. lol.

great man, loves the horses he rides genuinely.

He won a race at Keeneland on Saturday so he must be back.

I always loved him!! Love his style and his humility!!
