who starts of fully clothed and then has less clothing to illustrate more progressive clips (to full body clip)? I can’t find it and it is pretty funny. Appreciate anyone who can help me.

This is very similar to the one that I recall. The one I recall was in black and white and progressed from the man being almost fully dressed to just the bowler hat. I was trying to explain clipping to a friend and thought he would get a kick out of the cartoon. I’ll show him this one when I have a chance.
